At Atlas Whips, we build our products for the demanding conditions of off-road use. We also understand that things happen. That’s why Atlas Whips products are backed by both our 1-Year Limited Warranty and our 3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty.

Our goal is simple: provide quality products, straightforward warranty coverage, and a hassle-free replacement process that gets you back out there as quickly as possible.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Atlas Whips products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

The 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship affecting the following Atlas Whips components:

• LED whips
• Whip mounts
• Connectors
• Cables and wiring
• Whip controllers

If Atlas Whips determines that an eligible product has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the 12-month warranty period, Atlas Whips will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

What Is Not Covered

The 1-Year Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Flags
• Mechanical Breakaway Fuses and other replaceable fuse components
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Impact or collision damage
• Misuse or abuse
• Improper installation or use
• Unauthorized alterations or modifications
• Damage caused by external forces
• Damage caused by acts of nature
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the operation of the product

Damage that is not covered by the 1-Year Limited Warranty may still qualify for our 3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty described below, except for items specifically excluded from both warranty programs.

Mechanical Breakaway Fuse Exclusion

Atlas Whips Mechanical Breakaway Fuses and other replaceable fuse components are not covered under either the 1-Year Limited Warranty or the 3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty.

The Mechanical Breakaway Fuse is a replaceable, serviceable component designed to help protect the main LED whip from damage by providing a designated breakaway point when subjected to excessive force or impact.

Because the Mechanical Breakaway Fuse is designed to be replaceable and may require replacement as a result of normal use, impact, or other external forces, replacement fuses are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure or breakage of a Mechanical Breakaway Fuse does not, by itself, constitute a defect in materials or workmanship or qualify the fuse for replacement under either Atlas Whips warranty program.

3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty

Every eligible Atlas Whips product also includes our 3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty.

This program is designed to provide protection for damage that would not normally be covered under the 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If an eligible Atlas Whips product is damaged during the three-year coverage period, you may purchase a replacement for 50% of the regular retail price of the replacement product.

Mechanical Breakaway Fuses and other replaceable fuse components are excluded from this program.

Unlimited Means Unlimited

There is no limit to the number of eligible half-price replacement claims you may make during your original three-year coverage period.

Damage your whip? Replace it for half price.

Damage the replacement? You’re still covered.

As long as your original three-year coverage period remains active, you may continue to receive eligible replacement products at 50% of the regular retail price, regardless of how many previous replacement claims you have made.

Your Original Warranty Period Still Applies

The 3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty begins on the original date of purchase.

Receiving or purchasing a replacement product under this program does not restart, renew, or extend the original three-year coverage period.

For example, if you receive a replacement two years after your original purchase, that replacement remains eligible for the program for the remaining one year of your original three-year coverage period.

Simple, Hassle-Free Claims

We don’t believe a warranty claim should be complicated.

For most claims, there is:

• No boxing up damaged products.
• No return shipping of damaged products.
• No complicated claim forms.

Simply contact Atlas Whips by email or phone and provide information about your purchase and the damaged product.

Atlas Whips may request photographs or other reasonable information necessary to verify the product, damage, and warranty eligibility before approving a claim.

Unless specifically requested by Atlas Whips, you do not need to return the damaged product.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required to establish the original purchase date and warranty eligibility.

If your product was purchased directly from Atlas Whips, we can generally verify the purchase through our records, and additional proof of purchase will not normally be required.

Products purchased through an authorized Atlas Whips dealer or reseller may require a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date, regardless of when the product is installed or first used.

Replacement Products

Whenever reasonably possible, an approved warranty replacement will be for the same product or component originally purchased.

If the original product has been discontinued, is unavailable, or has been replaced by a newer model, Atlas Whips may provide or offer a comparable replacement product.

For claims made under the 3-Year Unlimited Half-Price Replacement Warranty, the customer will pay 50% of the regular retail price of the replacement product at the time the claim is approved.

Shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges are separate from the discounted replacement price unless otherwise stated by Atlas Whips.

Warranty Eligibility

Atlas Whips warranties apply to genuine Atlas Whips products purchased directly from Atlas Whips or from an authorized Atlas Whips dealer or reseller.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Atlas Whips reserves the right to verify product authenticity, purchase information, damage, and warranty eligibility before approving any claim.

Atlas Whips also reserves the right to deny claims involving fraud, intentionally damaged products for the purpose of obtaining replacements, altered or counterfeit products, or other abuse of the warranty program.

Warranty Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Whips’ responsibility under these warranties is limited to the repair, replacement, or discounted replacement of eligible Atlas Whips products as described in these terms.

Atlas Whips is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the installation, use, failure, removal, or replacement of an Atlas Whips product, including damage to vehicles, equipment, or other property.

Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of warranties or damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Changes to Warranty Terms

Atlas Whips reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue these warranty terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to products purchased on or after the effective date of the revised terms.

Warranty coverage for products purchased before the effective date of any change will remain subject to the warranty terms in effect on the original date of purchase.
