Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Atlas Whips. We are committed to delivering your off-road gear quickly and safely so you never miss a weekend on the trail. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–2] business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Orders placed before [12:00 PM EST] will begin processing the same business day.

  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier.

Please note: During peak off-road seasons or holiday sales events, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers ([UPS, FedEx, and USPS]) to ensure your heavy-duty whips arrive intact.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, severe weather, or regional disruptions.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Atlas Whips ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that because LED whip packages are often oversized, some carriers cannot deliver them to standard P.O. Boxes. We highly recommend using a physical residential or commercial address at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active and show movement within 24 hours.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, & Missing Items

Atlas Whips takes extreme care in packaging your order with heavy-duty materials, but we understand that transit accidents happen.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or bent, please take photos of the unopened packaging and the product immediately. Contact our support team at [Your Support Email] within [48 hours] of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and expedite a replacement setup to you.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Atlas Whips is not responsible for packages stolen after a carrier marks them as successfully "Delivered." We highly recommend tracking your shipment closely. If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating before delivery), notify us right away so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error after purchasing, email [Your Support Email] immediately with your Order Number. Once a package leaves our facility and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot change the delivery route or address, and the customer will be responsible for any return-to-sender or re-shipping fees.

7. International Shipping

  • [Option A]: We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.

  • [Option B]: We offer worldwide international shipping. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
